The NTA NEET syllabus and test pattern have been officially issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a medical entrance test administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year for candidates wishing to pursue medical studies at any of the country’s medical colleges. To guarantee uniformity in medical education across India, the NEET Syllabus 2022 was developed by MCI after taking into account the syllabus defined by various boards as well as NCERT, CBSE, and COBSE in classes 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. NTA NEET Exam Pattern 2022

- According to the revised exam design, each subject will have two portions, each with 35 questions in Section A and 15 questions in Section B. (out of which choose to attempt any 10 questions).
- There will be a total of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (out of which 20 are optional). Each accurate question is worth four points.
- NEET (UG) – 2022 is a pen-and-paper exam that must be completed on a specifically developed machine-gradable OMR sheet with a ball point pen.
- For each erroneous response, there will be a minus one (-1) mark deducted.
- The NEET 2022 Exam is 3 hours long in total (180 minutes)
